Description

The first of the fabled Trilogy of the 1964 Bowmores. The oldest release of the Black Bowmore was distilled on the 5th November 1964 and matured within five Oloroso sherry casks. A very limited outrun of 827 bottles were released 42 years later, these are the holy grail of rare Bowmores.

The bottle is part of "The Trilogy", which was released over three years (2007-2009)

The White Bowmore was released in 2008, and the Gold Bowmore completed the trilogy in 2009.
