Description

The last of the fabled Trilogy of the 1964 Bowmores was distilled on the 5th November 1964 and matured within three bourbon casks and one Oloroso sherry cask which gives this release its stereotypical colour. A very limited outrun of 701 bottles were released 42 years later, these are the holy grail of rare Bowmores.

The bottle is part of "The Trilogy", which was released over three years (2007-2009)

The Black Bowmore was released in 2007, and the White Bowmore completed the trilogy in 2008.
