Distilled in 2010 and bottled after 10 years maturing in a first-fill bourbon barrel. Final yield of 485 bottles at 48% ABV.

Featuring unique label design by Yu Karahashi of Bar Tre Hiroshima.

Thompson Brothers was established by brothers Phil and Simon Thompson, who have been bottling and distilling in Dornoch since 2013. Thompson Brothers are often called "the Brewdog of whisky" and are the original indie bottlers on the Scottish whisky scene. Thompson Brothers represents the exciting chapter of whisky in the 2010s and 2020s era. Any collector looking to add diversity and intrigue to their collections would only need to include some of Phil and Simons iconic malts to let the flavours of the whisky palate come to life visually. Thompson Brothers perfected the art of bottling whiskies before producing their own single malts in 2020 from a 2017 distillation. Demand for these whiskies heavily outweighed the small batch that was produced.
