Released in 2019, The Macallan Estate is an intriguing expression that contains spirit distilled from barley grown on Macallan's very own Easter Elchies estate.

Founded in 1824, The Macallan distillery was one of the first distillers to be legally licensed in Scotland. Macallan whiskys are known for their exceptional quality and taste, and this is a result of The Six Pillars that Macallan religiously adheres to. The distillery is operated in complete harmony with the surrounding landscape, with their uniquely small stills producing the rich and full flavours that Macallan is famous for. They only use the best casks for maturing the finest cut of spirit, and spend more per cask than any other distillery. The Macallan encompassess passion and mastery, and those who love Macallan are attracted to these defining attributes.

The Macallan Exceptional Single Cask range was released for different markets around the world, making it very collectible for whisky lovers who would like to pull together these bottles that span the globe.

Selected by some of the finest talent in the industry, Each cask was chosen and the liquid was taken from these single casks only with bottle totals ranging from 111 (the 2017 bottle no. 1) to 643 (the 2017 bottle 13).

Each bottle contains fantastic examples of the Macallan spirit with flavours ranging from the famous Macallan sherry bombs through to the more complex and softer flavours that make each bottle in the series so unique.
